Falcon Mobility Referral Program

 

Definitions:

PMA (Personal Mobility Aid): Refers to a motorized wheelchair or mobility scooter.

Referrer: An existing customer or individual who recommends Falcon Mobility’s PMAs to someone else.

Referral: A new customer who makes a purchase from Falcon Mobility based on a referrer’s recommendation.

How It Works:

Referrers will earn a commission for every successful PMA sale resulting from their referrals. Referrals will also receive a discount on their purchase. Commission and discount rates are outlined in the table below.

To qualify for the discount, referrals must provide the discount code at the time of purchase. Discounts cannot be stacked with Spending Credit redemptions.

Commissions will be paid by PayNow or bank transfer 14 days after the PMA is delivered.

Repeat Customers

Repeat customers who refer themselves will have the commission amount added to their total discount instead of receiving it as a separate payment. Additionally, they will qualify for a 10% discount on all purchases of the following, up to a maximum of $200: 

• Batteries and Chargers.
• Accessories.
• Manual wheelchairs.
• Ramps.
• Walking Sticks.

Products not listed above as well as service charges do not qualify for a discount.

Referrer’s Responsibilities:

Inform the referral about the available discount and provide the discount code.

·         Tip #1: If the referral is unaware of the discount, they may not use the code, making it difficult to track the sale back to the referrer.

·         Tip #2: Instead of bringing the invoice out, referrers can take a photo of the invoice number and keep it on their phone for convenience.

·         Tip #3: For data privacy, photograph only the invoice number, not the entire invoice.

·         This program applies only to Falcon Mobility’s direct sales. Purchases made through other resellers or e-commerce platforms are not eligible.
